1.  Vote to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Meeting held on December 5, 2011.

2.   Vote to open the meeting to the public.

3.   Vote to approve the following as members of the Cultural Affairs Committee, no more than 7 to serve a one-year term expiring December 31, 2012, and no more than 8 to serve a three-year term expiring December 31, 2014:

5.  Vote by the City Council, herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority to approve the following payments from Fund #490 Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement for Capital Project D-6 Central Interceptor CCTV and Cleaning, and Capital Project D-13 New Harwinton Road Pump Station Rehabilitation.
